Accoho is a brand operated by QQV Global LLC (referred to as “Accoho”, “we”, “us” or “our”). We offer transparent furniture, decorative objects and related products in acrylic, crystal, glass and other transparent materials, including selected custom work.

ORDERS, QUOTATIONS AND PAYMENT

An order is accepted only when we issue an order confirmation or confirm your final quotation. Product availability, delivery coverage and custom feasibility may vary by destination.

All orders require full payment before processing or production. The final quotation, product page and order confirmation form part of your purchase agreement and identify the item, agreed custom specifications, price, delivery arrangement and any stated taxes and duties.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For a custom order, you are responsible for reviewing and approving agreed dimensions, configuration, finish, design details, spelling and other specifications before production starts. Once production or customer-specific material procurement has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or altered except where we agree in writing or where law requires otherwise.

If you supply artwork, text, logos, drawings or other content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that its use by us to make your order does not infringe another person’s rights.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CARE

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours, transparency and appearance can vary with lighting, screens and the material’s natural optical properties. Minor, non-material variation that does not affect the agreed specification or normal use is not a defect. This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, materially different from its description or not fit for its disclosed purpose.

Please follow product-care, load, placement, assembly and safety instructions supplied with your item. Do not use furniture or decorative objects for a purpose for which they were not designed.

SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REMEDIES

Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. They explain dispatch timing, tax-inclusive quotations, return restrictions and remedies for defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms, including any custom-order or return restriction, removes or limits a right that cannot legally be removed or limited under consumer laws applicable to you. Where a mandatory local law gives you greater protection, that law applies.
