The Nordic tradition of bathing is not about hygiene. It is about immersion — the complete surrender of the body to water, cold or hot, in a space designed for nothing else. The Nordic High-End crystal freestanding bathtub by Accoho is designed in that spirit: a full-crystal enclosure of 2400 mm in length and 1900 mm in height that is less a bathtub than an immersion vessel — a standing crystal room within a room, into which one steps rather than reclines.

At 1900 mm in height, this is the tallest object in most rooms it enters. In full crystal, it is also the most transparent — a complete enclosure that conceals nothing, a private space that is entirely visible, a paradox that only this material can sustain without contradiction.
